modifications to them to make one fit your specific

6 speed includes
Carbon Fiber grips and a 6 speed shift indicator on a
modified Hurst shifter
»General Information
We take an e-body
reproduction Hurst handle and modify it to fit the
Challenger 6 speed mount. The shifter is
disassembled, the bottom 2" is cut off, and a drilled
and tapped bar with 3 holes is welded to the
shifter. The shifter is rechromed and Carbon
Fiber composite grips and a 6 speed indicator are added
to complete the transformation. The handle is 2"
taller than the factory to make the Hurst logo
visible. The shifter can be made lower by cutting off
the bottom hole, but the boot may cover part of the
logo.
»Installation
Installation is a very
easy 10 minute install. To install, you must remove
the carbon fiber console inlay by place your fingers in
the boot under the satin chrome bezel and lift. As you
lift, a gap will show under the inlay. Place fingers
in gap and walk them the around outside of the inlay. Lift inlay and remove the two 13 mm bolts inside shifter
cage. Place assembly upside down, and remove the
black plastic C clip. With boot inside out, insert
new shifter into boot and wrap boot around shifter. Place nylon wire tie around boot and loosley secure.
Place shifter back into cage of transmission and insert
and tighten the 2 bolts. Lower console inlay, adjust
boot, pop the console back in place. You are now
ready to Rock and Roll with your cool new GUNSLINGER
modified shifter.
